The Barolo Ravera is born on calcareous clay soils in the municipality of Novello, where we can find many gypsum veins. The nose is broad and absolutely typical of this area, with a fruity part counterbalanced by aromas of gypsum, rose petals and violet. Taut tannins are met by a vibrant acidity in the mouth.
