Un vino autoctono naturale di alta qualit, affinato per quasi un anno per esaltarne aromi e profumi, a cui si aggiungono tre diverse variet di assenzio. Il profumo risulta marsalato, con note fruttate ed erbacee. Il colore bruno intenso dato dallo zucchero bruciato. Il gusto ricco e complesso: erbaceo ma delicato e
