Storage on the fine lees provides precise nuances and extra depth

Very good length of flavour and persistence

scorched earth and spicy vanilla pod also chime in

it presents itself with a friendly handshake and a few attentive words

A wine with immense intensity which will unfold with time

Castle Rock Estate Cabernet Sauvignon porseleinberg Storage on the fine leesA powerfully structured wine showing berry fruits on the front palate backed by some dusty oak characters from the high quality French oak, giving a long and powerful finish to the wine which lasts and lasts. This is one to be enjoyed with big hearty meat dishes.
