De originelen waren met cloisonn en goudcelwerk op verguld zilver versierd, met inleg van granaat en bergkristal; onze weergave gebruikt hiervoor rode en witte glasvloed. Uitgevoerd in brons, met een afmeting van 4,5 x 3 x 1 cm. Op de achterzijde bevindt zich een stevige naald met spiraalveer, geschikt voor stevige wollen
