Sandet vulkansk jord rig p bde organisk stof og p mineraler. Vokser p sm terrasser omkranset af gamle lavesten. Hstet i midten af oktober og har straks gennemget en proces med cryomaceration i tre timer og derefter direkte presning. Mosten er herefter klaret ved lav temperatur. Gret og lagret p brmen i 8 mneder. 90% i stl og 10% i franske egetrsfade. Minimalt brug af
