At Greppo, perfect spring seasonal trend: rainy March, April and May, dry and hot June, July and August, September with rain at the end of the first decade. Dry harvest period, the harvest began on September 30th. Healthy and ripe grapes with small berries. Thick and well colored skin. Balanced must rich in extract, acidity and sugars.
