Operates by means of a 140 mm roller cylinder fitted with a top lever (with safety microswitch device), opening 140x80 mm. The body and serrated cylinder are also made from food grade aluminium alloy. Gear drive in oil bath. Ventilated 900 rpm motor with thermostat, protected low voltage (24 V) control. Supplied with AISI 304 stainless steel collection container.
