Syrah Select 2019 tannin_3 Roussanne (33%)Tasting notes The Saxenburg Syrah Select is at once powerful and elegant. On the nose, it unfolds a dense, complex aroma of dark berries, salty licorice and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and structured, with a precise freshness, supported by the portion of whole bunch fermented Syrah 2020. The fruit presents itself concentrated, yet lively, carried by fine tannins. Grape Variety Shiraz From the grapes of the variety
