2025 Oliver Minot La Boutanche Gamay 1L Natural NeverthelessDont let the silly pig fool you theres some serious wine in this bottle. One liter of Beaujolais from organically farmed, super old vines. Medium light bodied, wonderful concentration and smooth, subtle tannins. Cherry, raspberry on then palate with subtle pepper, black tea and earth. A seriously good value for the quality of the wine. Low S02.
