The 2019 was the first vintage vinified in a new cellar built specifically for Carillon, and the wine got the same attention to detail as the grand vin: 60% new French oak for 16 18 months. The blend is roughly 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, a Merlot forward profile that
