Salt caramel nose is brilliant with spicy dried Seville orange rind, and a great depth of real perfume, seductive rather than heady, really beautiful. Deeper and earthier again, pecans and rye toast, barley and lots of spicy cake bakey goodness. Sweet and sour and really dynamic in the mouth, it's round and lifted, with
